Wellness in Weeks is a guided overhaul of the major factors in life that make or break a healthy lifestyle and fulfilling life. This includes information and gradual, do-able steps to increase your health and well-being with guidance from a wellness coach who cares. At the end of 6 weeks, no matter how healthy you were to begin with, you'll be healthier for the program. You will have made serious incremental changes that put you on a path to wellness. Each week, Lily covers a realm of holistic wellness. She goes over myths and misconceptions, real scientific data, and marketing hype. At the end of the live webinar (which offers time for Q & A and is also recorded for those who miss it), Lily emails handouts and assignments with a log to keep track of what is happening as you make lifestyle changes. The 6 lessons are: Week One: Diet & Nutrition Week Two: Detoxifying Your Home Environment Week Three: Movement for All Bodies Week Four: Sleep Hygiene Week Five: Stress Management & Emotions (Mindlessness, Addictions, Habits) Week Six: Finding Passion and Joy No matter where you start the program, you will be coached to find places for improvement and optimum wellness.

Lily lives with a permanent disability and understands chronic pain. She also works with clients who have cancer, auto-immune dysfunction and more. She can meet you where you are and move you forward to a better, healthier life. Lily is also a practitioner who knows that health is achieveable at every size, that weight loss is not, in and of itself, a health goal, and that movement can be found appropriate for every body.
If you have a smartphone or computer with an internet connection and an email address- that's all you need. You will have access to a web portal with all related content for the 6 weeks, and webinars scheduled at the end for a wellness check in. A link will be emailed to you ,and all you do is click it and follow the simple instructions.
Diet and Nutrition covers: 1. What is nutritious for YOU? (It actually varies from person to person. No one diet is perfect for all people). 2. Debunking fad diets (and there are a lot of them). 3. How to eat well when busy and on-the-run. 4. Supplement information with no sales pitch! 5. Health at every size.
In the United States, there are precious few regulations to protect people from carcinogens, endocrine disruptors and pother toxic chemicals that cause illness. These chemicals are in our body care, our cleaning products, our furnishings, and more. Learn what they are, how to avoid them, and possibly make your own healthier substitutes!
Stress Management is not simply eliminating stress (because, let's face it- sometimes we are stuck with a stressful job or situation for a while). Adjusting how we cope is the key to resiliency. Often, we cope with addictions, mindlessness, and bad habits. Learn how to overcome bad lifestyle choices that have become engrained into your life: substances, screens and media, and patterns that no longer serve you. Learn how to create healthy coping skills. Take back your life!
Becoming a passionate person- one who is engaged in the world and in love with their life is our final week. In this week, we talk about passion with others (relationships) and on our own (activities). We learn some relationship red flags and green flags- making sure the people around us support our wellness and growth. Finally, I encourage enrollees to find their passion and their people for a fulfilling life.
This is an 6 week class. It consists of a live interactive webinar once a week with Q & A on that week's topic (which is recorded for those that have to miss one) and lessons/homework for folks to take away each week. Each week builds on the last and creates a complete overhaul of some major areas that affect physical health and wellness.
Each cohort is 25 people or less, allowing me to help tweak general guidelines for each person based on their constitution, condition, illness, allergies, and medications. I am available to participants throughout the course for questions, concerns, and comments.
