Service Description

Currently, Lily is doing digital consultations (Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, FaceTime, or other options are available, like good old fashioned phone calls). She is no longer doing face-to-face appointments for the time being. You need a computer or smartphone for this option, and should be tech savvy enough to know what the options mentioned above are. This selections (intake) is for repeat wellness clients who need case management. We meet for 45 minutes and go what has happened since our last appointment and tweak any recommendations or formulations. Follow up visits, after booked, MUST have a $30 deposit or payment in full through this website (or call to take payment over the phone). This acts as your cancellation fee if cancelled without 48 hours notice. The balance can be made in cash or card at the time of your consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits must be made to hold appointments. Deposits also serve as cancellation fees for appointments not cancelled within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule and give me 48 hours or more, your deposit is used to hold that appointment. Simply email me to move days/times. Please try and book and reschedule online rather than by phone. If you have trouble, contact me and I'll let you know my availability by phone.
