Service Description

Currently, Lily is doing digital consultations (Skype, Google Hangouts, FaceTime, or other options are available, like good old fashioned phone calls). She is no longer doing face-to-face appointments for the time being. You need a computer or smartphone for this option, and should be tech savvy enough to know what the options mentioned above are. This selections (intake) is for first time wellness clients who need case management. We meet for 45 minutes and go over your intake form (which you should fill out beforehand and email or mail to me prior to our appointment). This gives me background and helps me decide 3-4 priorities for wellness goals during our conversation. I choose priorities based on what will have the biggest impact on your wellbeing as well as what seem to be the issues causing the biggest adversities in your life currently. I choose 3-4, because more is overwhelming and does not set you up for success. We can always address other, less pressing issues in followup visits. Online visits, after booked, MUST pay in full through this website (or call me to take payment over the phone). After your visit, I do the research needed to give you resources to meet your health goals, send you an email summary of our wellness plan for the next month, and possibly recommend supplements. We usually set up a monthly follow up visit at the time of your initial consult.
